Booking and Prices

We now only take direct bookings with ourselves or through Airbnb.  This gives both guests and ourselves more flexibility whilst also being able to manage bookings on a personal level with greater attention given to each individual booking.

The Stables and The Roost are available to book as separate properties.  For 2024 we are only letting out one cottage at a time which will give you sole use of the large garden and games room. If you’re looking for a holiday with close friends or family, but would still like your own space, then both properties can be booked for the same period of time and you can enjoy a 20% discount off the total cost.

The cottages are open all year round.  Weekly changeover day is on a Friday or Monday during low season and Fridays only during high season.  The cottage will be ready for your arrival by 3pm on the first day of your holiday but we ask that guests leave by 10am on the day of departure.

We also offer midweek breaks (Monday to Friday) and weekend breaks (Friday to Monday) at any time from September to April, with midweek / weekend breaks during the rest of the year bookable 2 weeks in advance.  All short breaks are offered at the owner’s discretion. Weekend breaks are for 3 nights from Friday to Monday and are charged at the same rate as a midweek stay.
